National Park. This tour can be combined with the End of the World Train ride, which can be paid at the ticket office with foreign currency or with a credit card. The train recreates the last 7 km of the original train in which the prisoners traveled to work. Of these 7 km, 5 are within the National Park and therefore you must pay an entrance fee of $5500 Argentine pesos (you can pay it with credit card too). The train journey is about 1 hour, visiting the Macarena Waterfall, and has information on board. If you want to take the train, one more hour is added to the general tour but there is no extra cost in our tour.
The national park is the most visited attraction by tourists. Within the National Park there´s a post office, from where you could send postcards or stamp the passport (3 US dollars) and is in a beautiful bay called Zaratiegui. Then, we drive to Bahía Lapataia, which is the end point of National Route N ° 3 and the end of the unofficial part of the Pan-American Route. Afterwards, we head towards the Acigami-Roca Lake, to enjoy a tea, matecocido (yerba mate but as a tea), mate or coffee, which we included in the price of the excursion, along with a bottle of water per passenger. Then, the excursion to the Park lasts approximately 4.30 hours, if the passengers take the train, one more hour is added.
National Park with a city tour and Martial Glacier. We will show you (towards the National Park) the most important points of our city, making some photographic stops, and after visiting the National Park you will visit the Martial Glacier base, from where you will get supreme panoramic views, with an aerial perspective of the city and the ship that has brought you to here. This option also includes waiting time in the downtown area if you wish to shop. Later we drive back to the port
National Park (without taking the train) and Garibaldi Pass. After visiting the National Park we go out of the city by the National Route N3 towards north, visiting some winter center to walk a bit on a peat bog and then we go to the Garibaldi Pass from where we can observe the Hidden and Fagnano Lakes. This is the highest point of the National Route N ° 3 in Tierra del Fuego (450 meters above sea level) and the only pass through the Andes Mountain Range without crossing to Chile. This is a very long trip, so it is only possible if your cruise is dock for about 7 hours.
